Here’s another picture I forgot I had taken. Just outside Kuwait City circa May 1991. It is of an oil fire set by Saddam’s people as they were being driven out by coalition forces. I was sent up from Riyadh to help restart the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait. I ruined several shirts in Kuwait because of those oil fires.
